bKash deposits on 7I777: a three-part checklist

bKash deposits happen only in the official lobby cashier. If someone calls themselves an "agent" and gives you a personal bKash number, do not send money there. The checklist below has three parts: before you send, while you send, and after you send.

Before you send: tick these boxes

• You opened the lobby from your own bookmark or a button you know, not from a link someone sent.
• After login, your balance and username look right.
• The bKash account you are paying from is in your own name.
• You chose Cashier, then Deposit, then bKash, and read the minimum and maximum amounts in the cashier itself.

While you send

1. Use only the number or payment page the cashier shows. If you must type the number yourself, check it twice.
2. Type exactly the amount and reference the cashier asks for.
3. Enter your bKash PIN only in your own bKash app or on bKash's own payment page. Never in another form or a chat.
4. If the lobby asks for the transaction ID, copy it from bKash's success message.

After you send: which screenshots to keep

• The success screen in the bKash app, with date, time, amount and transaction ID visible.
• The request page you submitted in the lobby cashier.
• The screen after your balance updates.

If the balance is slow to update, do not send the money again. First check in the bKash app that the payment succeeded, then take these screenshots to the lobby's live chat.

Things never to do

• If someone says "send a screenshot, I'll verify it" and then asks for your password or OTP, end the conversation.
• Never pay a personal number for a "faster deposit" or "bigger bonus". See the agent warning.
• Do not deposit from someone else's bKash. If names do not match at withdrawal time, it can cause trouble.
