7I777 withdrawal: before, during and after your request
Withdrawal, or cash-out, is the step where small mistakes waste the most time. A wrong number, unfinished bonus terms or sending the request again and again are the usual causes of delay. The checklist below has three parts: before the request, during the request, and what to do if something gets stuck afterwards. This site is an unofficial guide. Real withdrawals happen only in the official lobby's cashier.
Before the request: check you are eligible
- Do you have an active bonus? If the bonus wagering is not finished, your withdrawal may be held or the bonus part may be removed. Check your progress in the promotions or profile section. Details are on the bonus and wagering page.
- Is there a play-through rule on deposits? On some platforms, even without a bonus, deposited money must be played at least once. Check the lobby's rules.
- Is verification complete? If verification is still pending in your profile, finish it first: account verification guide.
- Is the amount within the limits? The minimum and maximum amounts are shown in the cashier. Do not rely on numbers you heard from other people.
During the request: match the number
When you type your wallet number in the withdrawal form, check these three things:
- Is the number for the same wallet you deposited from? Many platforms prefer to send money back the same way.
- Is the wallet in your own name, and does that name match the account name?
- Did you pick the right wallet type (bKash, Nagad or Rocket)? Rocket numbers have an extra digit, so type the whole number correctly.
Before submitting, read the full number out loud once, digit by digit. Then send the request and take a screenshot of the confirmation screen. It usually shows the request number, amount and time.
After the request: understand the status
- Pending / processing: The request has been received and is being reviewed. Do not send a new request for the same money at this stage. It only makes the queue more complicated.
- Successful: Check that the money has arrived in your wallet app and keep a screenshot of the wallet's transaction ID.
- Cancelled / rejected: If a reason is given, read it. Usually the money returns to your lobby balance. Fix the reason, then try again.
How long it takes depends on the method, verification and how busy things are. No fixed time is promised here. Look at what is written in the lobby's cashier.
What to send support if it gets stuck
If you only write "money not received" in live chat, the reply takes longer. Give all the details at once:
- Your username (never your password).
- The withdrawal request number, date and time.
- The amount and which wallet it went to (the last few digits are enough).
- A screenshot of the status shown in the cashier.
- If it shows "successful" but the money has not arrived, a screenshot of the transaction list in your wallet app.
Write down the ticket or reference number given in the chat, so you do not have to explain everything again when you follow up. More options are on the support page, and there is a separate checklist for pending requests here.
After the money arrives: balance your records
A successful withdrawal is not the end of the job. Taking a few minutes to organise your own records makes it easier to answer any questions later:
- Compare the amount received in your wallet app with the amount you requested in the lobby. If there is a difference, check whether the cashier showed any charge, then ask support if needed.
- Keep the receipt SMS and the wallet transaction ID in your "transactions" album.
- In a simple note, write your total deposits and total withdrawals by date. At the end of the month, this record will tell you whether you stayed within your budget.
- Pause before depositing withdrawn money straight back. That is a separate decision, not something to do out of habit.
If you need to change your wallet number
If you lose your SIM or your old wallet is closed, you may need to change your withdrawal number. Tell live chat before you send a request, make sure the new wallet is also in your own name, and be ready for verification if needed. Do not try to change the number while a request is pending.
What you should never do
- Never give your password, OTP or a "processing fee" to anyone who says "I will make your withdrawal fast". The real cashier does not ask for money separately to a personal number.
- Do not try to withdraw to someone else's wallet.
- Do not deposit more out of frustration to "make up for it" because a withdrawal is stuck.

Limits, fees, verification and processing times follow the lobby's cashier and rules, and they can change. This site is not official. 18+ only. Only put money into play that you can afford to lose.
