Deposit steps

A note for every deposit: copy this checklist

In your phone's notes app, fill in these fields for each deposit:

• Date and time
• Amount
• Which Nagad number you paid from (your own)
• Nagad transaction ID
• Reference entered in the cashier, if any
• Whether you took a bonus
• Whether it reached your balance: tick it when it does

If the balance does not arrive

1. Do not send the money again.
2. Check in the Nagad app whether the payment says "successful". If it failed, check Nagad's rules on refunds.
