7I777 deposit not showing in your balance: a three-receipt checklist
When your balance does not go up after sending money, the first instinct is to send it again. Don't. This page has one job: put three sources side by side (the wallet app, the recipient number and amount, and the lobby's deposit history) and see where they disagree. Once you know where the mismatch is, the next step is clear. Remember, this site is an unofficial guide; deposit problems are solved only inside the official lobby.
What should you do, and never do, in the first five minutes?
Keeping a cool head is the main task right now. Do the "do" items first and avoid the "don't" items:
- Do: open your wallet app and check whether the transaction shows as "successful".
- Do: refresh the lobby page once, or log out and back in, then check your balance.
- Do: screenshot the successful transaction page, with date, time, amount and transaction ID visible together.
- Don't: send the same amount again. With two transactions it gets much harder to match which payment belongs to which request.
- Don't: open a new deposit request in another tab or on another phone.
- Don't: post about the problem in Facebook groups or unknown Telegram chats. People offering to "fix it" wait exactly there.
Receipt 1: what state is the transaction in inside your wallet app?
Whether you used bKash, Nagad or Rocket, the app's transaction list (called Statement, Transactions or Transaction History) is your strongest proof. SMS messages can arrive late or not at all, but if the transaction is in the app's list, trust that. Tap the transaction to open its details and match what you see to one of these states:
- Successful, money deducted: the money has left your wallet. Move on to receipt 2.
- Failed or cancelled: the money usually stays in your wallet; check your wallet balance. If you want, deposit again later, calmly.
- Pending: this is on the wallet's side. Look at the wallet app's own complaint or help option, and send nothing new to the lobby in the meantime.
- Not in the list at all: the money probably did not go. Think back to whether you finished the final PIN step.
Receipt 2: did the money go to the cashier's number, for the exact amount?
Many stuck deposits turn out to be one small mismatch. Put your wallet receipt next to the lobby cashier screen (a screenshot of it is even better) and tick these four boxes:
- The recipient number matches the number the cashier showed, digit by digit.
- The amount sent matches the amount in the cashier exactly, not a little more or less.
- If the cashier asked for a reference, you entered it.
- You used the transaction type the cashier asked for.
If any box fails, do not hide it; tell support openly, which saves time. If the number itself was wrong, the money went to someone else, and that falls under the wallet company's own process, so start with the wallet app's help option. To avoid it next time, follow the steps in the bKash deposit checklist; the same rules apply to Nagad and Rocket.
Receipt 3: what does the lobby's deposit history show?
Find the deposit record or history page in the lobby cashier or your profile. What to do next depends on the status next to your request:
- Processing or pending: the request was submitted. Wait a while and get your chat details ready meanwhile.
- Failed or cancelled, but money left your wallet: go straight to live chat instead of waiting.
- No request at all: the cashier form may not have been submitted. Do not send money again; tell chat the money left your wallet but you see no record in the lobby.
- Successful, but the balance seems unchanged: check whether a bonus balance is shown separately. If it still does not match, tell chat.
Where the history page lives and what each column means is covered in the transaction and bet history guide.
What should you send to the lobby's live chat in one go?
Talk to support only in the live chat inside the official lobby. Instead of several short messages, send all of this in one:
- Your username.
- Payment method: bKash, Nagad or Rocket.
- Amount, plus the date and time of the transaction.
- The transaction ID, copied from the wallet app.
- The last few digits of the wallet number you paid from.
- Two screenshots: the wallet's success page and the lobby's deposit request page.
When the chat ends, note the time or ticket number if there is one, so you do not have to repeat everything on follow-up. Never type your wallet PIN, OTP or lobby password in chat; real support does not ask for them. More options are in the support guide.
How should you handle your money while waiting for an answer?
When a deposit is stuck, some people start playing with other money to pass the time. Money-wise this is risky: it muddles which money went where, and frustration or hurry leads to poor decisions. Use the time like this instead:
- Move all screenshots into a separate gallery album.
- Write a note: date, wallet, amount, ID, and when you told chat.
- Reset today's play budget, and do not count the stuck money in it.

More questions about deposits
No SMS arrived, but the wallet app shows the transaction as successful. Is that enough?
Yes, the app's transaction list is the main proof. Screenshot the details page and copy the transaction ID. If the SMS arrives later, keep it too.
Someone is calling or messaging to say they will fix my deposit. What should I do?
Stop the conversation. Deposit problems are handled only in the chat inside the lobby. An outsider asking for a PIN, OTP, screen sharing or a "processing fee" is a well-known sign of fraud. More in the fake sites checklist.
I paid from someone else's wallet. What should I tell support?
Say so directly in chat, and give the number it was sent from. In future use a wallet in your own name; if names do not match at withdrawal time, extra questions can follow.
Once the deposit is sorted, should I activate a bonus straight away?
No rush. If there is an offer such as a 100% first deposit match, read its terms as shown in the lobby first. Terms can affect withdrawals later.
